This is a nice size and readable dry erase calendar. Unfortunately, I the first one I received had a pretty noticeable dent in the board right in an area where I'd be writing. I contacted amazon.com for a replacement and received the replacement the next day. No complaints about customer service. Unfortunately, I again received a damaged board, but this time the dent was at the top near the frame and there were some scratches on the frame itself. Since the dent isn't in a spot where I'll be writing, and the scratches are on a black frame and not easily noticeable once on the wall, I don't care enough to ask for a third replacement since I'm not sure my luck will be better the next time around. Bottom line, if you want a nice board that may arrive with some imperfections, this will do the job.
