I was a bit skeptical about buying a glass dry erase board online, mainly because I was worried it might break during shipping. However, the board arrived in perfect condition 2 days after I ordered it, each of the board's components nestled snugly in form-fitting boxes /stryofoam within a small box. The small box was then placed inside a larger protective shipping box.
Assembly was very intuitive (who needs instructions?) and I had it up on the wall in about 10 minutes. The hardware interlocks cleverly such that no sharp edges or screwheads are left exposed. It was surprisingly light, so I am confident it's well secured to the wall.
The magnets are quite strong (just one magnet was enough to hold 15 pages of paper in place) and those included are all you will need for posting on that space. When I moved them around on the surface of the board, they moved smoothly and left no scratches at all. Think more Zamboni less hockey player...
I wrote on the dry erase surface using a standard cheapo black dry-erase marker I got at Office Max. The next day, I took one pass with the eraser and there was not even a hint of ghosting on the surface. I need a clean workspace, so perfect erasure is key to my happiness.
The sleek and minimalist style of this board works perfectly with the modern decor of my home office. I highly recommend this product for anyone with a hankering to abandon that annoying sticky-note collection and join us in the next millennium! I love it.

So I purchased this for my in-home office/guest bedroom/ faux craft-room; I decided to go with the bigger size because its a small space with high ceilings and after drawing out the dimensions on the wall with a pencil decided that this size would make the room look bigger, which I would say it successfully has done so (not that this design aspect was a deal breaker for me).
The quality of this board so far is top notch, installation was a breeze, they provide you with a template that you tape onto your wall and if you have dry wall this will take no more than 20 minutes, (if you hit a piece of wood in your wall - to save you a little bit of frustration, simply nix the plastic piece which is supposed to hold the nail in place and put the nail and the other piece directly into the wall) With regards to installation - unless your very strong this is a 2 man job, this board weighs 40 pounds - I had to drag it inside my place without help and was glad it was not a windy day because I would've gone done the steps with that board. And I always recommend reading the directions and playing around with the pieces needed for installation so when it comes time to mount this bad boy you're a pro.
The magnets they provide are strong, which they need to be as the magnetic sheet is behind a piece of thick glass - I had purchased neodymium (1/4" x 1/16") magnets to use as well, however these tiny magnets (that were dubbed the strongest magnets in the world) have not been able to hold anything up by themselves. I initially purchased this board for its magnetic properties, but instead of using magnets to feature some creative elements initially planned for, I've simply taped up some pictures and a few greeting cards. If you simply want to hold up a single piece of notebook or computer paper the magnets are perfectly fine for that, however heavier card stock requires about 3 of the 6 magnets to hold it up. And I must admit I've come to love the dry-erase aspect of this, and even if I write something on there and leave it up for a couple days the eraser they provide you with is awesome and does not leave any streaks (and the eraser is magnetic which rules!)
UPDATE: Audio-Visual Direct Customer Service read this review and to my surprise I receive a package from them 4 days later with more magnets. Talk about a company going above and beyond one's expectations. This is quite possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced.
